NPL 2025 Match Result: Pokhara Avengers vs Karnali Yaks in Match 21

Pokhara Avengers Secure Convincing Victory Over Karnali Yaks

In a one-sided contest, Pokhara Avengers dominated Karnali Yaks to emerge victorious by 34 runs.

The Avengers, batting first, posted an impressive 201/2, setting a challenging target for their opponents. The foundation of this formidable total was laid by Adam Rossington, who scored the first T20 century of his career and remained not out.

The Yaks, however, struggled to keep up with the required run rate and were eventually bowled out for 167. The Avengers' impressive batting display, spearheaded by Rossington's brilliant knock, laid the foundation for their win, with their top-order batsmen contributing significantly to the team's total.

The Yaks' batting lineup, on the other hand, failed to click, resulting in a disappointing performance. Despite their best efforts, the Yaks were unable to overcome the Avengers' strong total, ultimately succumbing to defeat.

The win marks a significant boost for the Avengers in their push for a playoff spot, while the Yaks will look to regroup and bounce back from this loss in their final group fixture.
