The Eliminator match saw Chitwan Rhinos (3rd place) face off against Karnali Yaks (4th place). The Yaks secured their spot in Qualifier 2 with a comfortable victory over the Rhinos.
Qualifier 2 featured Janakpur Bolts against Karnali Yaks. Although Janakpur had previously defeated Karnali by 8 wickets with 29 balls remaining in the league stage, this match was a closely contested battle. Both teams entered the tournament with identical records (5 wins, 3 losses). However, Janakpur Bolts edged out Karnali Yaks by 2 wickets with 6 balls to spare, advancing to the final.
In the final on Saturday, December 21st, Janakpur Bolts took on Sudurpaschim Royals, a team that had defeated them twice earlier in the tournament – once during the league stage and again in Qualifier 1.
